Today, Kawika’s skilled craftsmen also provide Concrete Repair, Waterproofing, Coatings, Sealants, Carpentry and Power Washing. We have made this shift in recognition of our client’s desire to simplify their project renovation and to utilize a single source for multiple services. By providing a bundled solution, Kawika’s has consistently found that our clients’ projects can be completed with a higher degree of satisfaction, on budget and on a timelier basis. Over the past 29 years, Kawika’s has developed specific expertise with Hotels, Resorts, Condominiums, Town homes and Shopping Centers. We have successfully completed 1000’s of diverse projects with many of our customers using our services repeatedly. We work closely with Associations of Apartment Owners, Property Management Firms, Architects, Specifications Writers, City and County as well as State Agencies. Our constantly growing client base is evidence of the importance that we place on service excellence. The celebration of our 28th Anniversary is a milestone and we look forward to continue servicing the community at large. All field employees receive training in first aid, CPR, MSD, HazCom and respiratory protection to ensure a safe environment for the employee as well as the public.
